Comes in big tanks used by dentists (people in possession of these are often bookable for receiving stolen property). The medium size tanks can be legally purchased at performance vehicle shops. The little canisters are sold in kitchen supply stores (most stores claim they will not sell to minors) at the mall to operate whipped cream makers. It is also in commercial whipped cream cans and can be sniffed by holding the can upright, instead of turning it upside down to get the cream.
